Event Rooms: Live Oak Conference Room & Strickland/Howell Room
The Live Oak Conference Room at Street Smarts boasts a spectacular view of the Duluth Town Green from both its spacious conference table and the balcony overlooking Main Street. The granite catering counter and mini fridge are perfect for a catered luncheon meeting or intimate bridal or baby shower.

The Strickland/Howell Room is a perfect multi-use facility. This spacious room can be partitioned into one large room and a smaller break-out room (Howell Room) as needed for receptions, corporate meetings, banquets or training. Audio-visual equipment is available including:
- NEC LCD Projector, 1024 x 768, 3000 Lumens
- Da-Lite 120" High Contrast Retractable Screen
- Crown CTS-4200 Audio System
- Laptop Interface or onsite Windows PC for PowerPoint and A/V presentations
In addition, there is prep-kitchen with a convection microwave, full-sized side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, sink, extensive counter space, dine-in room and 54-inch big screen television. The kitchen has two pass-through catering bays for easy serving from the kitchen to either the Strickland or Howell Rooms.

On-street and near-by parking lots are available at the front of the building. For evening events, sheltered parking (30 spaces) and off-street parking (50 spaces) are available in the back of the building. There is an elevator accessible to both event rooms from the sheltered parking garage.
